UP Diliman, Quezon City – Last June 6, the staff and officers of iVolunteer Philippines held its annual summer team building activity at Balay Kalinaw in UP Diliman. The event focused on getting to know each of the members (particularly the newer ones) with sessions on understanding one’s MBTI profile and how each individual can uniquely contribute to the organization.
The day progressed with brainstorming sessions for upcoming iVolunteer activities, encouraging further collaboration and idea sharing. The event was then capped off with an exciting Amazing Race event, with members racing around the UP Diliman Campus to complete a series of tasks and taking numerous photos.
This team building activity received positive feedback from its attendees, one of which was the recognition of its importance to fostering good working relationships within the iVolunteer family. This is the first of what will be many team building activities.
