It’s that time of the year again, when we put up our Christmas trees and hang our parols to celebrate the joy and wonder of Chirstmas! The holiday season is upon us and what better way to celebrate than by helping out children in need!
This weekend’s volunteer opportunities include the following:
December 14 (Saturday)
Feeding, brain booster and wound care – Help provide hot and nutritious meals to over a hundred children in Ulingan, Tondo – after this, we can help them with their homework and/or provide tutorials on basic english, math and other subjects. This is a project by Project Pearls and you can get more details here.
How to ride a bike: Teach kids or learn for yourself – Ever wanted to teach someone else how to bike? Or do you want to learn how to bike for yourself? If you want to share the joys of learning how to bike, bruises and all, sign up for this volunteer opportunity here!
Xmas Hat Making Workshop with kids from Mano Amiga – Christmas is always fun with Christmas parties – and Christmas parties aren’t complete without Christmas hats! Get a chance to help make Christmas hats with children from Mano Amiga – more here.

Tech for Kids workshop with kids of Shepherd of the Hills – Let’s help the kids of the Shepherd of the Hills Center learn about how to move forward and progress with their lives with the power of the Internet! Sign up here.
