iVolunteer Philippines is 100% powered by volunteers, for volunteers. Our iVolunteers are literally modern-day superheroes! They are able to balance the demands of their day jobs with their over-flowing passion for volunteerism, and ask for nothing in return but the satisfaction of a job well done! If you have the heart for service and would like to work with us in continuously building and improving the nation’s first volunteerism portal, please feel free to reach out and send us your application at

Partnership Builders – We are looking for passionate Partnership Builders who will build strong relationships with our non-profit partner organizations. You will liaise with our partners and across iVolunteer pillars to ensure the timely and successful delivery of volunteer matching services according to the partner’s need. Responsibilities include relationship management, capability building and sourcing of volunteer opportunities.

User Interface / Web Designer – We are looking for a talented UI Designer to create amazing user experiences.  The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces. Requirements: Experienced with visual design and wire-framing tools (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Balsamiq, etc.). Proficiency in HTML, CSS and Javascript. Please include samples of your work or a link to your portfolio.

Software Engineer / Web Developer – We are looking for a back-end web developer who will help shape the features and functionality of our portal. We want someone who is passionate about development and who can take ideas and turn them into clean, solid code; someone who can grasp the big picture while still getting the details right! Requirements: A passion for writing maintainable code with a deep understanding of OOP, design patterns, and data structures. Experience building full stack web applications with PHP Laravel  and SQL databases.

Memberships Manager – We are looking for a dynamic and outgoing Memberships Manager to organize fun activities that will build our iVolunteer community. The memberships manager engages with each member and looks after the growth of each iVolunteer from member to leader. He/she is charismatic, curious, creative and has a gift for sharing knowledge and influencing people. Key activities: listening, member engagement, monitoring and evaluation, ownership building, knowledge management, and learning/training and development.

Bloggers & Writers – Do you love to write articles, especially about volunteerism? Then you are just the person we’re looking for! We are looking for bloggers and writers that can help create content for various iVolunteer publications (blog, newsletter, etc.), source inspiring volunteer stories, cover the organization’s events and just write about their passion for volunteering! Feel free to send in your articles to us at!

Content Curators – Aside from providing volunteers to our partners, we also aim to promote volunteering across the nation. One way to help promote this is through sharing great content related to volunteerism, whether it’s a news article, in-depth essay, infographic, stunning photograph or whatever media you might stumble upon. If you like sharing these types of interesting links, please consider becoming one of our content curators!  Or just send us great content at!

Photographers & Videographers – Sharing stories via videos and photos can also move the heart and inspire more Filipinos to volunteer. We are looking for storytellers using photos and videos that will also be used as content for iVolunteer’s different communication channels (social media, blog, newsletter, etc).
